Notes:

Each participant can only choose 01 special fee policy to apply. If there are more than 01 available policies, Mentally Fit team will choose the best policy for the participant(s).
The actual exchange rate ~ 28,000 VND.
Mentally Fit team are pleased to support you to develop/ implement similar topics or customized topic especially for your team/organization.

Preservation policy:

Preservation policy applied for participants who cannot attend the session(s) due to force majeure (Ex: illness, long business trip, etc.): 30% of the participation fee of that session(s).
Participants wishing to preserve should send an official request email to a representative of Mentally Fit at least 3 days before the session(s) & transfer the preservation fee to the bank account of Mentally Fit within 7 days from the date of the email. After this participant completes the preservation procedure, Mentally Fit will send a confirmation via email to that participant.
Duration of preservation: Up to 12 months from the date of the sessions(s).
In the event that a participant notices his/her absence within 3 days prior to the session(s) or is absent without prior notice: the participation fee is non-refundable.
The session(s) will be postponed if the number of participants is less than 15 people/ session. Mentally Fit will send a notice of postponement (if any) to the participants via email at least 15 days before the session(s). The participation fee will be preserved for the next session.
