PIT STOP is the Technical Stop in Formula 1 (F1). That is when an F1 Driver stops the race and drives to the pit lane so his Pit Crew Team Members can change the tyres, make the necessary mechanical adjustments, and optimize the car engine ... before starting the next lap.
To ensure that the Team members are not exhausted of energy due to the non-stop “Active Inertia” of the business world, Leaders/ Managers need to decide when to PIT STOP & master the technique to make the most of the PIT STOP with their Team members.

- Each participant can only choose 01 special fee policy to apply. If there are more than 01 available policies, Mentally Fit team will choose the best policy for the participant(s).
- The actual exchange rate is the rate public on the first day of the month in which the participant(s) register(s).
- Mentally Fit team are pleased to support you to develop/ implement similar topics or customized topic especially for your team/organization.
Preservation policy:
- Preservation policy applied for participants who cannot attend the session(s) due to force majeure (Ex: illness, long business trip, etc.): 30% of the participation fee of that session(s).
- Participants wishing to preserve should send an official request email to a representative of Mentally Fit at least 3 days before the session(s) & transfer the preservation fee to the bank account of Mentally Fit within 7 days from the date of the email. After this participant completes the preservation procedure, Mentally Fit will send a confirmation via email to that participant.
- Duration of preservation: Up to 12 months from the date of the sessions(s).
In the event that a participant notices his/her absence within 3 days prior to the session(s) or is absent without prior notice: the participation fee is non-refundable. - The session(s) will be postponed if the number of participants is less than 15 people/ session. Mentally Fit will send a notice of postponement (if any) to the participants via email at least 15 days before the session(s). The participation fee will be preserved for the next session.
